Hampshire super stars Kevin Ede and Steph Smee deservedly won the inaugural Sharron Bale memorial but the event will probably be remembered for a superb day of mixed darts in Andover.

Ede and Smee, who reached the Lakeside world semi finals this year, collected the crystal trophy and £200 winner’s cheque after defeating the father and daughter combination of Martin and Stephanie Richell from Wiltshire in the final.
